These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to, browsing of, and usage of the VidSnap Pro website located at https://savemp4now.netlify.app/, alongside all associated services, backend APIs, and browser-based tools provided by Pinku's Lab. Please read these Terms thoroughly before using our services. By accessing, submitting links to, or otherwise using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from using our site and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the VidSnap Pro website, you establish a binding legal agreement between yourself and Pinku's Lab. We provide our formatting checker, link analyzer, audio separation tools, and batch zipping facilities subject to your compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website following the posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Allowed Use
VidSnap Pro is a browser-based analysis utility designed to parse public URLs and display available media formatting options. You are authorized to access the site and utilize our formatting tools strictly for lawful, personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. Specifically, you may use the tool to check and save media under the following conditions:
Creator Backups
Saving copies of public reels, clips, or stories that you created if your original local copy is lost.
Permission-First Use
Checking formatting and saving public media files for which you have explicit owner consent.
Public Domain / CC
Using media that resides in the public domain or is licensed under open Creative Commons terms.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree to use VidSnap Pro only as permitted by law. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our website or backend servers to engage in any of the following activities:
Copyright Violations
Saving copyrighted commercial music tracks, TV broadcasts, movies, or OTT releases.
DRM / Privacy Restrictions
Attempting to access platform security boundaries, private videos, or geographical restrictions.
API Scraping / Abuse
Running scrapers, crawlers, or automated scripts to query our backend APIs or avoid rate limits.
4. Copyright Responsibility
VidSnap Pro acts as a technical intermediary parser. We do not host, publish, index, or distribute any media files. When you paste a URL and save a file, the file is streamed directly from the host social media server to your local browser storage. Consequently, you retain sole legal and copyright responsibility for the media files you process. You acknowledge that the public availability of a video link on social media platforms does not grant you a license to download, copy, or republish it. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pinku's Lab, VidSnap Pro, and its developers from any legal disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from your unauthorized use of media files.
5. Platform Terms
You acknowledge that using third-party media tools may violate the contractual Terms of Service (ToS) of social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X/Twitter, or Kwai). By using VidSnap Pro, you accept all risks associated with your account status on those platforms. VidSnap Pro is an independent developer project and is not responsible for any platform actions taken against your profiles or IPs.
6. No Affiliation
VidSnap Pro is a completely independent utility developed by Pinku's Lab. We have no commercial or legal affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or association with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., Twitter, X Corp., Kuaishou, Kwai, or any other social networking platform. All platform names, logos, trademarks, and trademarks displayed on this site belong to their respective corporate owners and are utilized here strictly for nominative reference purposes.
7. Service Limitations
We strive to maintain high uptime and format checking reliability. However, because our checkers rely on third-party platform APIs and server structures, we do not guarantee that VidSnap Pro will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or remain compatible with platform updates. Platform operators frequently change trans-coding parameters, update headers, or block server IPs. We reserve the right to restrict features, modify supported platforms, or take down service modules at any time without liability.
8. Temporary Processing
For operations like zipping batches of links or separating MP3 audio tracks, our server temporarily processes media packets in virtual memory. This temporary processing is carried out solely to complete your requested browser action and is cleared immediately upon download completion. We do not store, catalog, or cache your processed files permanently on our server hard drives.
9. Abuse Prevention
To ensure service stability and prevent server overload, VidSnap Pro enforces automated abuse blocking. We employ rate-limiting policies (e.g. max 100 requests per minute per IP), automated safety checks, and URL patterns validation. If your IP address or query patterns are flagged for malicious activity or server abuse, your access to our backend APIs will be suspended automatically.
10. DMCA Compliance
VidSnap Pro complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Although we do not host files, we will block our format checker from parsing specific public profiles, URLs, or domains upon receiving a valid, legal copyright notice from the rights owner.
